How to Get Started

Women, Men, LGBTQ, Couples

"The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself."~Anna Quindlen

Where to start: It's easy-peasy-----

Once you have looked over my website and you feel like you can relate, it's easy! Either text, email or call me. We can set up a 15-minute video consultation (through Zoom or FaceTime) if you'd like to meet me first and see whether or not I would be a good fit for you. Email is [email protected] or my phone is 513-706-5950. I'll return your email, text or call usually same-day and if not, within 24 hours, M-F.

If you during the consultation, you feel we would be a good fit to work together, we will schedule a session time for you. I will email forms for you to fill out.

If during the consultation, you feel like we wouldn't be a good fit for coaching, I promise I will NOT be offended, and I WILL do my best to help you find a coach who is a good fit for you! Finding a good fit is so important for you, and I want you to have the best experience possible.

I have done my own personal work. I understand how hard it can be to make the call for an appointment. I provide a judgement-free space for all clients, and clients tell me they feel safe and like they're talking with a trusted friend. For me, my personal work has been and continues to be a game-changer. I wouldn't trade what I learned about myself for the world! You don't have to remain alone in your pain or in feeling lost or stuck. Every person has gifts to share with this world, and sometimes things like people-pleasing, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, etc., can cause us to hide our gifts. I want to help you to know who you are, what your gifts are, and begin living a life of passion and joy!

I provide office sessions, and also secure online and/or phone therapy for people whose lives and schedules would benefit from either of those modalities. Call for a free phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit, and if we're not, I'll help you find a therapist that is.
